Macaron Workshop

I just wanted to post a few pictures from my Macaron workshop last night. 

 I took the class at Baking Arts and Richard the man who teaches the class was amazing.  The class was very relaxed and casual and he made you feel at home. 

The pictures were taken with my point and shoot camera, so sorry about the quality.   I didn’t want to walk in the class with a huge SLR around my neck =)

The class started off with Richard making a batch of Macarons.  Unfortunately, I didn’t take pictures of him.  I was too enthralled in watching him make them.

Then it was out turn to make our own Macarons.  *biting my nails anxiously*

I haven’t posted the recipe on this post only because I will be making them again at home.  I need to buy my supplies (i.e. electronic food scale, thermometer and silpats).

Don’t worry I will post the recipe and step by step pictures when I do make them.
