You may be wondering what I made for the bakesale.  I made Red Velvet Whoopie Pies.

(Recipe coming soon)

The bakesale raised $1650.00!!  Yes, you are reading that right.  Isn’t that FANTASTIC?!?

Anita did an amazing job planning out the bakesale.  I wish I could have done more to help, but they had all the help they needed for the day.  So, I handed over my Whoopie Pies and hung around for a bit to take some pictures.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get to meet the other bloggers since everyone was so busy with the bakesale.  I must say these bloggers have great baking skills.  Everything at the bakesale looked divine!

I ended up buying some popcorn, chocolate chip marble loaf and chocolate pecan cookie brittle (Both were baked by Shauna of Piece of Cake.) and of course I bought an ipie.  They were all delicious!

Okay, okay I am getting to the bakesale pictures….

Notice how the woman and the man in front of her have my whoopie pies in their hands. *high five*

Isn’t this cake GORGEOUS?!?  $18.00..who wants to buy it?

This lucky guy bought the cake  and had it personally delivered to his house.

Auntie Vicky came and supported!  I heart her!

Yes, those are my whoopie pies in the right corner.  Notice how the labels are different?  It’s a short story, but I don’t feel like explaining it. ;P

Meet Annelies.  She is really good friends with my friend Kenny and we see each other at  his [Kenny] events.  Also, my husband sold her a phone almost 10 years ago.  It was so nice to see a familiar face.  She made…

Gluten free mint chocolate brownies.

The event overall seemed like it was a success.  There were a ton of food bloggers who helped and donated yummy goodness.

Aside from the bakesale, I just found out my BFF Denise’s offer was accepted on her house.  I am super excited for her and can’t wait to help her paint and decorate (Actually I hate painting so I will just help her decorate.).  She is in the process of closing on the place.  I can’t wait to see it!
